The Rooster Rider is a colorfully painted figure sitting on a colorfully painted rooster.

It looks like a large wooden toy and is reminiscent of Nuremberg as a toy city.

History:
The fountain commemorates Nuremberg as a toy city and, of course, also refers to the function of the toy museum in front of which it stands.

The famous Nuremberg artist Michael Matthias Prechtl designed the Rooster Rider Fountain. The figure is surrounded by an iron fence.
